  • 1 Canned Tuna, in Olive Oil

  • Pepperoncini/Banana PeppersPepperoncini/Banana Peppers
  • 2-3 Tomato, Slices
  • Lettuce LeavesLettuce Leaves

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Cut the baguette crosswise to desired amount. Then split it in half vertically so you can fill it.
  2. Add one can of tuna in olive oil (do not drain) to the baguette until the bottom of the baguette is covered.
  3. Top with the roasted red peppers, pepperoncini/banana peppers, lettuce, tomato, salt and black pepper.
  4. Close the sandwich. Enjoy.

Notes

Quantities are approximate and to your liking. You can add more toppings or less as desired. You can easily make the whole baguette for more servings with two can's of tuna fish and increase the quantities of the toppings.
