  1. In a large wok or skillet, crumble up ground chicken, and cook over medium heat
  2. Once the chicken starts cooking, add jalapeño, onion, and asparagus
  3. Once chicken is cooked through and veggies are soft, add in the can of coconut curry chickpeas
  4. Add half a can of water, and stir well
  5. Simmer for 15-20 mins until it just starts to thicken up
  6. Serve over basmati rice or cauliflower rice, and top with cilantro
  7. Enjoy!!
