- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Basmati Rice, cooked
- .5.5.5 Cucumber, thinly sliced
- .25.25.25 Red Onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Romaine Lettuce, chopped
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Tzatziki Sauce (click for recipe)
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled fat-free
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Spicy Feta Dip, store-bought or homemade
