- Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the coconut oil
- Add the apple (diced) in an even layer.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they start to soften.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon, nutmeg, and a pinch of salt. Stir to coat.
- Drizzle in maple syrup or honey and cook another 2–3 minutes until tender and golden.
- Remove from heat and serve warm over the pudding

- Add all ingredients (except nut butter) to a bowl and whisk until smooth.
