Mango mojito
Inspired by the warm ocean breeze, festive music and the joys of being in the Caribbean, this cocktail takes you on a tropical getaway. Even if its only for a few minutes, this drink transports you to the islands with its citrusy and fruity taste.
Ingredients
- 3 fl oz3 fl oz3 fl oz Mango, puree
- 3 fl oz3 fl oz3 fl oz Rum, Mango flavored
- 1.5 fl oz1.5 fl oz1.5 fl oz Lime Juice
- 2 fl oz2 fl oz2 fl oz Homemade Simple Syrup
- 1 bunch1 bunch1 bunch Mint Leaves, reserve some for garnish
- 4 fl oz4 fl oz4 fl oz Club Soda
Process

- In a cocktail shaker, add fresh mint and muddle for 10 seconds to release the essential oils.
- Add simple syrup, liquor, mango puree and lime juice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds to blend together.
- In a glass with ice, pour the alcohol mixture, top with club soda and a sprig of mint for garnish.
