Pumpkin Pie Breakfast Bars
These pumpkin pie breakfast bars are the perfect toddler treat. They’re super soft, just like pumpkin pie, and perfect for a morning snack or afternoon treat. My kids loved them!
Ingredients
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Banana
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Eggs
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Pumpkin Purée
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Butter, Unsalted

- 2 - 4 Tbsp2 - 4 Tbsp2 - 4 Tbsp Cane Sugar

- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8x8 baking dish and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, add your bananas, eggs, pumpkin puree and maple syrup. Whisk together. Then add your flour and pumpkin pie spice. Stir until everything is combined. Pour into the brownie pan.
- Place in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until it’s set.
- Once it’s out of the oven, spread the tbsp of butter on top. You can just hold the tbsp of butter and spread it using your hand. Then sprinkle with the sugar.
- Slice and enjoy!
