Air Fryer Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
- 2 lb2 lb2 lb Chicken Thighs, Boneless Skinless, Cut into 1.5 inch pieces

- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Honey

- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Soy Sauce

- 4 Tbsp4 Tbsp4 Tbsp Garlic

- 4 Tbsp4 Tbsp4 Tbsp Hot Sauce
- 1 pieces1 pieces1 pieces Woodfired Chili Seasoning - Kinder's
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Whisk Together honey, soy sauce, garlic, hot sauce, chili seasoning, pepper, and Dijon mustard.
- Mix in chicken and let set for an hour or overnight.
- In the air fryer, spray the tray. Skewer the chicken pieces onto a wooden skewer tightly. Spray with oil and lay on tray. Air fry for 10 minutes at 375. Then rotate the skewer, baste with remaining marinade, air fry for another 10-12 minutes.
- If the skewers are too big to fit in your air fryer, you can just lay the chicken flat on the tray but toss halfway through cooking.
- I serve these with my Peruvian sauce.

Notes
If the honey is too much sugar, you can skip the honey. Add more Dijon mustard and hot sauce for a spicier flavor.
