Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, garlic, onion powder, coconut aminos, 1 teaspoon sea salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, cover the container, and marinate in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
  3. After the chicken has marinated, remove it from the liquid and sprinkle the thighs with 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt.
  4. Grill the chicken until it's fully cooked and no longer pink.
