These pancakes are so nourishing and your kids will never know! My kids ate these for dinner the other night and loved them! They’re packed with nutrients and will keep them full! Plus, they’re green, making them extra fun!

  1. In a blender, add your spinach, eggs, Greek yogurt and pumpkin seeds. Blend together until it becomes creamy.
  2. Pour into a bowl. Add in your pancake mix and agave. Stir together.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Pour pancake mix and cook until perfect!
  5. Enjoy!

I used Kodiak cakes protein pancake mix for more protein!
