aka, dessert for breakfast (my speciality if you haven't noticed already)   the Nu Harvest new chai in the base honestly makes this recipe! i am truly obsessed   so easy to whip together and the perfect high protein meal prep breakfast that will get you right out of bed in the morning (no literally, this is the one thing i look forward to most every day)

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Crush your weetbix into a bowl/container.
  2. Add in the carrots, walnuts, Nu Harvest chai powder, and milk, and mix until combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix yoghurt and protein powder until smooth. Spread evenly over the base.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, heat cream cheese for 15-20 seconds (until just melted). Spread evenly over the yoghurt layer and top with chopped walnuts.
  5. Place in the fridge for at least an hour (overnight ideally) and enjoyyy!
