Process

  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Melt coconut oil in the skillet you're going to bake the brownie in so your pan is already greased when you go to bake it.
  3. Mix all ingredients except the marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  4. Fold in the marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  5. Dump in the skillet and spread it out evenly.
  6. Put a few extra marshmellows pieces on top.
  7. Bake at 350° for 20 mins.
  8. Make homemade whipped cream. Whip whipping cream until stiff and add in a little vanilla and coconut sugar.
  9. Once the brownie has cooled a little, top with whipped cream and gluten-free graham crackers.
  10. Enjoy!
