Homemade Pumpkin Crackers
One way to get a serving of veggies in your kids is by making homemade crackers. Please be made with sweet potatoes or pumpkin. They’re super easy to make and do not call for very many ingredients. Make them soft or crunchy, thin, or thick, whatever your child prefers!
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Pumpkin Purée
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups All Purpose Flour
- 4 Tbsp4 Tbsp4 Tbsp Butter, Unsalted, Melted

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Cane Sugar, Optional
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Baking Soda

- Preheat your oven to 350°. Line of baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, add your pumpkin, flour, melted butter, cinnamon, baking soda, and sugar, if you are putting that in. Mixed together until dough forms.
- Roll your dough out onto a flower surface and flatten to as thin or thick of crackers as you like. Cut into the cracker shape. Place on the parchment paper.
- Place pan in the oven and bake for 10 to 15 minutes, depending on the crunchiness that is desired.
- Sprinkle with sea salt if you want and enjoy.
