Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- preheat oven to 350.
- to a saucepan, add butter & melt over medium heat.
- once starts to melt, lower temperature & cook for an additional 8-10 minutes to brown.
- transfer fat to a bowl; allow to cool.
- add nut butter, miso, monk fruit, egg, & vanilla extract melted butter; mix together using a hand mixer.
- in a separate bowl, mix together almond flour, coconut flour, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, & salt, then mix into wet ingredients.
- fold in sprouted pecans & white chocolate chips.
- line a square baking dish with parchment paper, then pour in blondie batter.
- bake blondies for ~25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- add all icing ingredients to a bowl & mix well.
- allow bars to cool, then add icing & allow to harden.
- cut into bars & enjoy!
