Fried eggs, but not the usual ones! Today we're preparing an original breakfast – with bulgur, onions, garlic, and juicy tomatoes. Garnish with spices, tomato paste, and fried eggs. It will be aromatic, filling, and delicious!

  1. Sauté the onion and garlic in butter and sunflower oil for 5 minutes
  2. Add the halved tomatoes and bulgur
  3. Now add the spices: salt, pepper, coriander, tomato paste, cumin, and paprika.
  4. Mix well, add water, add herbs, cover, and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Now take the eggs, crack them into our frying pan, add the cherry tomatoes, and fry for another 10 minutes until the eggs are cooked.
  6. Finally, sprinkle with fresh herbs and you're done. Enjoy.
