This is a staple breakfast recipe in our house and this best avocado toast goes great with eggs or a meat or crispy tofu - whatever your family prefers! Ingredients

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp ARGILOS I (Early Harvest) Extra Virgin Olive Oil (500ml) - Argilos

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Organic Red Pepper Flakes - Primal Palate

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Honey

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Start by toasting your 6 pieces of toast - use any white bread like a nice Italian cottage loaf or sourdough.
- After toasting, add mashed avocado to each slice - I find about 1/3 of an avocado is the perfect amount for one slice so you need 2 avocados for 6 slices of bread.
- Now add a drizzle of honey, lemon juice, and olive oil to each slice.
- Top with a pinch of sea salt and crushed red pepper flakes to each slice.
- Enjoy your elevated toast!
