Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results

To Soft Boil the eggs

  1. Add 1" of water to a saucepan or pot, set over high heat until boiling. Add refrigerator-cold eggs to the boiling water. cover with a lid and boil for exactly 6 minutes.
  2. Immediately transfer the eggs to an ice bath to half the cooking. Once cooled, you can peel them.

To make the avocado toast

  1. Cook the bacon (turkey or regular bacon) until crispy in a pan. Allow to cool slightly, then chop or crumble.
  2. Toast the gluten-free bread to your liking in a toaster.
  3. Thinly slice an avocado, using half for each piece of toast.
  4. Place the sliced avocado on the toast. Top with a soft boiled egg, sliced down the middle and split open.
  5. Top with crumbled bacon, minced chives, flaky kosher salt, Citrus Stir Fry seasoning, and a generous drizzle of sriracha.
