Cookie Dough Reese’s Eggs
What's better than a reese's egg? A dairy-free cookie dough reese's egg! The best cookie dough flavored treat. Sweet, peanut butter chocolate, and perfect for Easter! This spring dessert is a fun Easter treat but can be enjoyed year round.
Ingredients
Wet Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp4 Tbsp4 Tbsp Vegan Buttery Spread
- 4 Tbsp4 Tbsp4 Tbsp Peanut Butter
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Granulated White Sugar
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
Dry Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup All Purpose Flour, heat treated
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 0.125 tsp0.125 tsp0.125 tsp Salt
- 1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp Almond Milk, optional for texture
Chocolate Coating
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp Avocado Oil

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a medium bowl, beat together your wet ingredients.
- Add in the dry, except chocolate chips, and stir until a dough forms.
- Now is where you add a dash of almond milk if you need your dough slightly smoother.
- Add in chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Taking about 1 ounce of dough, roll into egg shape and place on parchment lined sheet.
- Repeat until all dough is used and freeze eggs for 20 or more minutes.
- After the eggs chill, melt the chocolate and oil for your chocolate shell.
- Dip each egg in chocolate then chill to harden! Enjoy!
