Simple Korean Tacos
These are so flavorful, yet so simple to whip together, and they don't require a ton of time marinating.
Ingredients
- 2 lb2 lb2 lb Petite Top Sirloin - US Wellness Meats

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Coconut Aminos
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Thai Chili Paste, sky valley
- 2 cloves2 cloves2 cloves Garlic, Pressed

- 0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp Ginger Root, Grated

- 0.125 cup0.125 cup0.125 cup Sesame Oil
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Salt

- 111 Corn Tortilla

- 111 Cabbage, Shredded
- 111 Kimchi
- 111 Pickled Onions
- 111 Cilantro
- 111 Avocado, Sliced

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Mix all ingredients for the marinade (minus steak) in a large bowl
- Add thinly sliced steak to the marinade and mix well.
- Cover and let sit at room temperature for 30 mins. Stir a few times within that time.
- Heat a large cast-iron pan on medium-high heat.
- Once hot, add the meat in.
- Try not to stir very often, but continue cooking meat until all liquid has evaporated and meat starts to get caramelized from the marinade.
- Serve with warm corn tortillas, kimchi, pickled onions, shredded cabbage, cilantro, avocado, or whatever your heart desires.
