Christmas Tree Pancakes
These are by far the healthiest pancakes you can make your kids, except to them, they’re fun and delicious. These are packed with veggies, healthy fats and protein! These are perfect to get in the Christmas spirit!
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Baby Spinach
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Walnuts

- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Egg
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Banana
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Agave Nectar Syrup

- In a blender, add your spinach, egg, banana, and walnuts. Blend together until it’s smoothie like.
- Pour mixture into a cup and add your flour and agave. Mix together.
- Heat a pan on medium heat.
- Place a Christmas tree cookie cutter on the pan, spray it, and pour batter into the cookie cutter. Flip after a minute or so. Press the pancake down so it comes out the cookie cutter.
- Place on a plate and enjoy!
