if you’ve never heard of crack chicken… you are truly missing out. it’s the iconic combo of chicken, bacon, ranch seasoning, cream cheese, & melty cheese — basically everything cozy & irresistible in one bowl. 🤤🔥 this version? we’re taking it up a notch. turning it into a hearty, protein-packed slow cooker soup with kaizen’s lupin bean rice for extra fiber, richness, & staying power. minimal prep, ultra satisfying, & the definition of cold-weather comfort food.

Process

  1. in a skillet, cook bacon until crisp.
  2. remove from pan, then saute peppers & onions until tender
  3. transfer to a slow cooker, along with chicken, ranch seasoning, nutritional yeast, & broth.
