Sheet Pan Quesadillas
These sheet pan quesadillas are the perfect weeknight dinner or an easy meal to prep for lunch. They are super delicious and so easy to make plus, you can change them up with whatever flavors you want!
Ingredients
- 6 - 8 whole6 - 8 whole6 - 8 whole Flour Tortilla

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Mexican Cheese Blend
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Chicken Breast, Shredded

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Bell Pepper
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Yellow Onion
- 1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp Taco Seasoning

- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- And a sauce pan over medium. heat, sauté your peppers and onions in the taco seasoning.
- On a sheet pan, lay your tortillas and an oval shape making sure to leave one or two for the middle opening. Start by layering your cheese, then your chicken, then you’re cooked peppers and onions, I’m finishing off with a layer of cheese. Fold over your tortillas to close the quesadilla.
