Healthy Mashed Potatoes
okay these mashed potatoes are so easy and delicious. I promise your kids will love them!!
Ingredients
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Red Skin Potatoes
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Butter, Salted, Kerry Gold

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Whole Milk
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Himalayan Pink Salt

- First, cut the potatoes in half. Then add them to a large pot of water. Put the pot on the stove and turn the heat to high. Boil until the potatoes are cooked and ready to be mashed.
- One the potatoes are ready, put them in a bowl and mash. Add the stick of butter and milk. Stir together. Add salt to taste.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
I’ve noticed, the more butter, the creamier the potatoes. Adding more milk makes the potatoes turn into a different texture. But add more milk if needed!
