Creamy Chicken Verde Soup

Ingredients

- 32 oz32 oz32 oz Chicken Bone Broth

- 1.5 lb1.5 lb1.5 lb Pasture-raised Chicken Breasts - US Wellness Meats

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Cumin, Ground

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Chili Powder
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Garlic Powder

- 15 oz15 oz15 oz Salsa Verde, Salsa Verde or Tomatillo Salsa, Any Green Salsa will work

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt

- 111 Cilantro, 1 Large Handful Chopped
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Add all ingredients with the exception of the cilantro and heavy cream to a crockpot.
- Mix together and cook on low for 8 hours.
- At the 7 ½ hour mark, shred chicken and add the chicken back into the crockpot with the heavy cream and cilantro.
- Cook on low for the remaining 30 minutes.
