- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp No-Sugar Hickory BBQ Sauce - Yo Mama's Foods

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Golden Monkfruit Sweetener (with Allulose) - Lakanto

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Organic Garden Ranch Seasoning Mix - Primal Palate

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Chipotle Garlic Barbecue Blend - The Spice House

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- dice up chicken breasts or thighs into 1ā cubes, then place in a zip-lock bag.
- in a bowl, combine greek yogurt, BBQ sauce, monk fruit, ranch seasoning, & chipotle bbq seasoning.
- pour marinade into bag with chicken then massage in; marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- preheat oven (or air-fryer) to 400.
- dip each chicken nugget in sweet potato chips, then place chicken on a sheet pan, evenly spaced out, then bake for 12-15 minutes (flipping halfway through) or until reaches internal temperature of 165; option to switch oven to broil for last 2-3 minutes to get extra crispy.
- serve with your favorite dip - I recommend my greek yogurt bbq ranch dressing with the option to put more chipotle bbq seasoning in it for extra kick!
