Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Add cottage cheese, protein powder, maple syrup, & 1/2 banana to the base of an immersion blender cup & blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. In the empty cottage cheese cup or small bowl, add a few banana slices at the base. Layer with 1/2 the pudding mixture, then 3 vanilla wafer cookies. Top with remaining 1/2 pudding mix. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (more for a softer cookie center) .
  3. Remove from fridge, top with whipped cream and an extra crushed vanilla wafer cookie, & enjoy!
