Ingredients

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Open dates and stuff with 1 teaspoon vegan feta. Sprinkle with desired amount of sea salt and place on serving tray. Repeat with remaining dates.
  2. Drizzle honey over dates. Then, sprinkle with pistachios.
  3. Place in refridgerator until serving or enjoy right away!

Notes

Make sure to use your favorite vegan feta. I used the one from Trader Joe's. Pistachios can be replaced with any other nut, however the green color in pistachios complements the deep reds and purples in the dates.
