Marinade

Sauce

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Wheat-Free Tamari

- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Garam Masala

- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Garlic Powder

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Water
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Cilantro, finely chopped

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Cut and clean the cauliflower into bite-size pieces.
- In a large bowl, mix marinade ingredients until smooth. Add cauliflower and toss to coat.
- Add the cauliflower to an air fryer in a single layer with space between each. Air fry until golden brown, turning over halfway.
- Meanwhile, in a separate bowl mix all the sauce ingredients until smooth and well blended. Dip the air-fried cauliflower floret into the sauce.
- Toss the cauliflower florets well until all the pieces are well coated with the sauce.
- Add chopped cilantro and serve hot. Enjoy!
Notes
- Adjust the amount of chili garlic sauce according to your preference. - Add the air-fried florets to the sauce only right before you are going to have them. The florets will get soggy if you let them sit in the sauce.
