Garden to Table: a Plant Based Party!

A Garden-to-Table theme refers to growing your own food in your garden and using that to make wholesome meals. While not all of us have produce growing in our backyard, we interpreted this menu as one where the fresh produce is the star of the show, supported ably by plant based protein sources. We have used a rainbow of veggies and fruits that are bursting with nutrition across all courses of this menu, along with protein sources like beans, peas and edamame.
