10-Minute Stovetop Queso
Skip the store bought queso and make this stovetop queso that can come together in 10 minutes with better quality ingredients of your choosing! The fun part is you can also make additions that give it more flavor - spicy olive oil, salsa, cilantro, seasonings and more. Some toppings you can also add are fresh tomato, jalapeno, cilantro, etc. Feel free to get creative! I chose to put a little bit of spicy olive oil in mine. This will be perfect for Superbowl Sunday and beyond!

- Enjoy!
Notes
I notice that the queso thickens as it sits. I like to serve it hot and immediately after cooking. This may sound crazy but just trust me - put your queso in a bowl and serve under a candle warmer that has been on for a bit. It will keep it warm and melty!
