Garbage Can Apples
I have been seeing garbage can apples all over the internet the past few days, so I decided to whip up my own batch and see what the hype is all about. I can certainly say, the hype is real! And it seems like there are MANY different ways to make these - choose your own ingredients and make it fun, or try mine and let me know what you think!
Ingredients
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Honeycrisp Apples, sliced thin with a mandolin
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Milk
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Rolled Oats
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Ground Cinnamon

- Using a mandolin, slice your apples super thin.
- Add all of your ingredients to a jar or container.
- Shake it up until its all combined.
- Enjoy!
Notes
I think peanut butter, chocolate chips, caramel or a dash of sea salt would be so good in this!
