The easiest and simplest chocolate crunch bars made out of just 2 ingredients! These come together quickly, and are made with healthier ingredients than the store bought version. Perfectly sweet and crunchy, they are delicious!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Line a 8x5 (or a similar size) loaf pan with parchment paper. Alternatively, you can also make these in silicone molds for festive shapes.
  2. Add chocolate chips to a large bowl and melt until smooth in the microwave in 30 second increments. You can also use a double boiler.
  3. Once melted, add rice krispies cereal and stir to coat evenly.
  4. Transfer to the prepared loaf man and flatten out evenly with a spatula.
  5. Refrigerate for 45 minutes to 1 hour until set.
  6. Remove from the loaf pan. Run a sharp knife with hot water and wipe dry. Slice into bars, or your favorite shapes.
  7. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt, if using, and enjoy!

Notes

You can store these bars in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 weeks. They also freeze well for up to 3 months. If you are gluten free, use these rice krispies cereal.
