2 Ingredient Pancakes
How these pancakes came about was I made my kids a protein shake that they didn’t want. The protein shake is just protein powder and water. However, I did not want to waste it because protein powder is expensive. So I saved it and made a pancake batter. Well, it turned out to be delicious and probably one of my favorite recipes yet.
