Protein Pancake Bake
Would you believe me if I told you each dish has almost 25 g of protein in it? It’s basically eating a chocolate chip cake for breakfast, however, it’s a pancake packed with protein. My kids love these and they make breakfast so easy. Plus, you can store them and a container to put in the freezer that way it makes weekday mornings 10 times easier. You have to give these a try!
Ingredients
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Egg
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 15 grams15 grams15 grams Vanilla Protein Powder
- 4 Tbsp4 Tbsp4 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Baking Soda
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat your oven to 350°.
- In your glass dish, add all of your ingredients and mix together.
- Add your favorite toppings… We chose chocolate chips
- Place in the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
