my all time favvvourrite protein pancakes recipe!! I make these AT LEAST once a week I love them so so much so I hope you all enjoy!
Ingredients
Wet Ingredients
- 100 grams100 grams100 grams High Protein Yoghurt - YoPRO
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Eggs
Dry ingredients
- 30 grams30 grams30 grams Vanilla Protein Powder
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Monk Fruit Sweetener
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Wisk together all the wet ingredients in a bowl
- Add in all the dry ingredients and fold together
- Let a pan heat on medium before adding the batter
- Spray pan with cooking oil and dollop the mixture into desired pancake sizes
- Cook for 4 minutes on each side
- Add toppings of choice and enjoy
Notes
This is an extremely versatile recipe and can be changed to suit a bunch of different tastes and flavours eg: - replace 1 tbsp flour with cocoa powder and add choc chips to make chocolate pancakes - replace 1 egg with 1/2 a mashed banana to make banana pancakes - add frozen blueberries to the batter to make blueberry pancakes
