4 Ingredient Muffins
I made these at 5:30 in the morning and they turned out perfect. The kids ate half the batch and loved them.
Ingredients
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Egg
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Banana
- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Pancake Mix

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Agave Nectar Syrup

- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together your eggs and banana. Add in your other ingredients and mix. Fold in your toppings…we used mini chocolate chips.
- Pour into your muffin pan.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until cooked all the was through.
