Chocolate Chip Muffins
These chocolate chip muffins are delicious and perfect to prep for the week. These are secretly packed with protein and I promise your kids will love them!
Ingredients

- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Agave Nectar Syrup
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Olive Oil

- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Baking Soda
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Baking Powder

- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Oat Flour

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Mini Chocolate Chips, Semi-Sweet

- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Whisk together the eggs, banana, Greek yogurt, agave and olive oil. Then, stir in the rest of the ingredients.
- Pour into a muffin pan and place in the oven.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes.

Notes
If you don’t have oat flour, blend together 2 cups of oats to make your own! Oat flour is super easy to make. Just pulse in your blender until it’s all blended.
