Small Batch High Protein Muffins
This small batch muffin recipe is delicious and perfect for any given morning. If you have pancake mix, you can make these really fast. I love using Kodiak cakes pancake mix because it has extra protein! Plus, it makes the perfect muffins!
Ingredients
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Egg
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup All Purpose Flour
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Olive Oil

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Agave Nectar Syrup
- 1.5 whole1.5 whole1.5 whole Banana

- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- In a mixing bowl, add all of your ingredients and whisk together.
- Pour into your greased muffin pan.
