These are 4 simple smoothies that are all nutritious and only call for 3 ingredients or less! I’m all about a recipe that is super simple and doesn’t need much. The purpose of these smoothies is that they are not too complicated to make. But even though they only have 3 ingredients, they’re still super good for those kiddos!

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Choose which smoothie you’re making!
  2. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until it’s smooth. If more water is needed to make it thinner, you can always add more water! Each smoothie usually makes about 2 bottles for my baby.

Notes

You can take out the protein powder in the smoothies and replace it with something like an egg if you want! You can also remove it completely from the recipe. If you don’t see protein powder in a recipe, feel free to add it!
