5 Ingredient Guacamole
Who doesn't love a tasty bowl of guacamole in their lives?! The bright colors, the taste and texture! My version comes together in record time when you've already made my PICO de GALLO -- making it only 4 other ingredients beyond salt. Don't over mash the avocado or over stir once you add the pico de gallo or you'll eventually have a less vibrant since the juice from the tomatoes will make a more "olive green" the more you stir. I like to use a fork to gently toss it all together.
