- Preheat oven to 425°. Line large, rimmed sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Arrange 6 corn tortillas in a single layer on sheet pan.
- Place ground turkey in bowl; add taco seasoning and salt. Gently mix to combine, dividing into 6 equal portions.
- Press each ground turkey portion onto each corn tortilla, pressing down while spreading out to tortilla edges.
- Place sheet pan on middle rack of oven. Bake 25 minutes, or until turkey is cooked through and tortillas appear golden & crispy.
- If using cheese shreds, sprinkle over each crunch wrap immediately after removing crunch wraps from oven (the heat from the crunch wraps will melt the cheese).
- Use metal spatula to remove crunch wraps from parchment. Top with lettuce, avocado, salsa, sour cream, fresh cilantro and a spritz of fresh lime juice, then fold in half and serve immediately. Serves 2-6.
Notes
If serving as an appetizer, you can also slice each folded crunch wrap in half or into 3 wedges for a total of 12-18 pieces, to serve more people. Gluten-free. Dairy-free. Egg-free. Nut-free.
