A high-protein twist on the classic 7-layer bars! This version features a soft, graham-flavored protein cake base topped with layers of chocolate, coconut, and crunchy nuts.

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together graham cracker crumbs, protein powder, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, coconut sugar, melted coconut oil, almond milk, and vanilla. Add wet ingredients to dry and mix until smooth.
  4. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 12-15 minutes, until fully baked.
  5. Mix together the frosting and spread over the cake once fully cooled.
  6. Sprinkle shredded coconut, chopped nuts, chocolate chips, evenly over the cake base.
  7. Then slice into bars and enjoy!
