- 111 organic Apple, diced
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Quinoa, rinsed
- 1.25 cups1.25 cups1.25 cups distilled Water

- In a small sauce pan, melt coconut oil over medium heat. Add spices, apple and rinsed quinoa and stir until well combined.
- Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to minimum and simmer for 17 minutes.
