- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Water
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Apple Juice, Unsweetened
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Cinnamon, Ceylon

- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Alcohol-Free Vanilla - Color Kitchen Foods

- Whisk the coconut sugar, maple syrup, water, apple juice, cinnamon and nutmeg together in a small pot.
- Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer for 10-12 minutes or until reduced to syrup.
- Remove from the heat and add vanilla extract.
- Serve in coffee or matcha!
