Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. to a skillet, first saute mushrooms, zucchini, & water chestnuts.
  2. once veggies start to become tender, remove from skillet, then add chicken & brown.
  3. once browned, add veggies back in plus green onions, seasonings, & cilantro.
  4. in a bowl, combine all ingredients for asian sauce.
  5. pour sauce into the chicken mixture + ~¼ cup water; simmer for 8-10 minutes.
  6. to a lettuce wraps, spoon chicken mixture in & top with cashews, green onions, & cilantro.
