Avocado Sorbet
In the early years of our Paleo journey, making this was one our first ventures in dessert making. It turned out great and gosh was it delicious! After many months of not having something cool to enjoy, it was a true delight! This avocado lime sorbet was an instant hit!
The avocado provides the creaminess here and the lime juice a bright freshness. It makes a light and delicious palette cleanser after a heavy meal. Dessert has to be good enough that you want to enjoy it after a full meal.
A recipe we had to cut from our COOKBOOK and one we think you'll be surprised how much you LOVE.
