Berry Lemonade Hydration Popsicles
The perfect treat for a hot day without all of the extra sugar! My kids are obsessed! Simple ingredients to hydrate your body, and give it an extra boost of energy on summer days!
Ingredients
- 16 oz16 oz16 oz Water, Can also use coconut water!
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Frozen Mixed Berries
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Elevated Drink Mix, Lemonade - Bare Bones, **See Notes !

- Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender until smooth.
- Poor into your popsicle molds.
- Then freeze and enjoy!
Notes
I created this recipe using the Bare Bones Elevated Drink Mix Lemonade packets, but I also make this with the red raspberry lemonade Just ingredients electrolytes and they are delicious! You can really use any of your favourite electrolyte packets for this popsicle recipe!
