- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Chia Seeds
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Pure Maple Syrup, or sweetener of choice, adjust to taste
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Spirulina Powder, blue
