This small-batch coconut bacon recipe is crispy, smoky, and vegan. A simple gluten-free alternative made with coconut flakes and pantry staples. Perfect for topping onto some avocado toast!

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. In a bowl, gently toss coconut flakes with all remaining ingredients until lightly coated.
  3. Spread evenly in a thin layer.
  4. Bake 10–15 minutes, stirring every 4–5 minutes, until golden and crisp.
