Breakfast Quiche
This breakfast quiche is quick and super customizable. Perfect for group breakfasts, meal prepping and more.
Ingredients
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Frozen Hash Browns
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Breakfast Sausage, cooked
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Spinach
- .333 cup.333 cup.333 cup Green Onion (Scallion)
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Onion, diced
- 101010 Eggs
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Egg Whites
- Organic Garden Ranch Seasoning Mix - Primal Palate, to taste
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Cook ground sausage on medium heat on stove top
- Whisk together the eggs and egg whites
- Add in cooked sausage, chopped veggies and ranch seasoning
- Spray 13″x9″ glass baking pan
- Layer hash browns on the bottom of the baking dish
- Add in egg mixture
- Bake for 30 minutes, checking for doneness with a fork
- Serve & Enjoy!
