This green breakfast smoothie is something that my daughter has been drinking since she was six months old. She loves it and has it every morning, with no questions asked. I’ve recently added a few more things as she’s gotten older to help her growing body. She loves it.

- First, be sure that you cook your egg. I like to cook it in olive oil and drain the egg and all the olive oil left in the pan. Olive oil acts as a natural digestion for them.
- Add all of your other ingredients to your blender, you may want to add ice if the egg is hot.
- Blend until this smoothie is creamy and ready to drink.
